I got a lomo camera from a pal, nicely, honestly I do not use it typically, but I would like to. I do not know what the most affordable way to acquire film(35mm), produce it, and scan it to my personal computer(I am not gonna print each and every photo)? Can I go to place like Target, give them my film, allow em build it, and scan immediately through film scanner? How much does it expense? Any other areas??

Ah, Lomo! Target does it, and I did it for a whilst… but it’s not wonderful good quality and it really is a bit pricey. It’s about 6 dollars or one thing like that final time I checked. They scan your negs to about two Megapixels and give you a CD.
You can have a skilled lab scan them, but that would be freakishly high-priced. But it’s truly large-top quality.
The most price-efficient method is to get a dedicated film scanner made by Nikon, Epson or Minolta and scan your negatives by yourself. It is what I do. Scanners are not incredibly low cost but the cost savings add up over time. If you’re not going to be carrying out mainly film shooting although, I’d just get it completed at Target.
